Chewy Dark Chocolate Chip Cookies

Part grown-up (‘cause of the dark chocolate) and part childlike (‘cause of the marshmallows). I’ve used the same soft and chewy chocolate chip recipe as I did before (see my chewy s’mores chocolate chip cookies here), but changed things up a bit by using dark chocolate morsels and cocoa.
The result is a super thin crispy layer covering a chewy, bittersweet-fudgy interior....
